Thank You for Standing with Pride
A huge thank you to everyone who joined us in celebrating Pride Month at Brock University this June!
We were proud to see so many OSSTF BUSS members come together to support our 2SLGBTQIA+ colleagues, students, and community. Whether you attended the Speaking with Pride – Creating Space professional development session, joined us for the Pride Flag Raising Ceremony, participated virtually, or simply showed your support throughout the month, your presence helped make Pride visible, meaningful, and welcoming.
Pride is about more than rainbow flags, it’s about creating a campus where everyone feels safe, respected, valued, and able to be their authentic selves. By learning together, listening to lived experiences, and standing in solidarity, we continue to build a stronger, more inclusive workplace and campus community.
A special thank you to everyone who participated in our Lunch & Learn and stopped by to pick up some Pride swag. We hope you enjoyed the opportunity to connect with fellow members and celebrate the spirit of inclusion. We loved seeing so many familiar faces, and we look forward to seeing even more of you at future events.
