This session will provide a concise overview of Brock’s Discrimination and Harassment and Sexual Violence policies, along with a review of relevant legislation. Participants will also be introduced to foundational concepts, theories, and practical approaches that support fostering inclusive, respectful, and equitable environments within the Brock community. The session is designed to build awareness and equip attendees with tools to promote and lead EDI in their roles.
