What is the Member Mapping Survey?
The Member Mapping Survey is an important tool that helps us better understand the needs, priorities, and strengths of our membership. By hearing directly from you, we can:
- Identify gaps in participation
- Build a more inclusive and effective union
- Strengthen our ability to advocate for improved working conditions
- Support continuous organizational growth and improvement
Your responses provide anonymous, evidence-based insights that guide the union in protecting members’ rights, supporting grievances, and preparing for bargaining.
Why should I fill it out?
Because your voice matters! The survey:
- Strengthens our position at the bargaining table
- Reflects the changes and diversity of our membership
- Tells the Executive Committee what matters most to you
- Helps us defend members through grievances
Is it actually anonymous?
- Yes. 100% anonymous. Your privacy is fully protected.
- This option is turned on so that your answers cannot be tied back to you.
How will I be entered into the draw?
- If you submit the survey, Survey Monkey will change the status from “no” or “partial” to “complete”.
